TERMS & CONDITIONS

Rescheduling:

Nomad Events requires at least a 24 hour notice for the cancellation of an outdoor party due to bad weather, for example: Rain, Hail, Sleet, and Snow. We will take your original payment and use it towards a rescheduled date that is available.

If you would like to cancel your party due to unrelated weather issues, you must do so at least 7 days before the start of your party. If the timeline is met, we will refund a 50% booking deposit. If the deadline is NOT met over 24 hours before the start of your party, you will not receive your deposit back.

The client has any time up to 1 month before their party to reschedule  if they wish to do so. If nothing has been rescheduled within the time frame, a 50% booking deposit will not refund will be distributed.

Lost items or damage to to items:

All rental items provided to the client are property of Nomad Events.

Damage or loss of Nomad Event's items during the time of the booking will need to be reported by the client immediately to the owner of Nomad Events. If the items are lost/damaged the client must pay a lost/damaged fee.

Security:

The client is responsible for the supervision of Nomad Events' items until they are collected.

If Nomad Event's items are stolen, the client must contact the owner of Nomad Events immediately via a phone call and a voicemail if needed to the number provided. Any other form of communication for stolen items will not be tolerated. 

The client agrees to cover the cost of items stolen.

Nomad Events is not responsible for any injuries sustained where the client and or guest move incorrectly and misuse the items against recommendations or instruction of Nomad Events.

Payment:

Payment is due at the time of booking. 100% of the payment is required to secure the client's booking.

Payment should be made on the Nomad Events Website.

Alcohol:

It is the responsibility of the client to check any rules and regulations dealing with alcohol in any public place.

Most public parks and beaches prohibit consumption. Nomad Events takes no responsibility for any alcohol consumption during the time.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. It is Nomad Event's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you. We will only ask for your information to be able to provide the best service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent.

We will protect the data we store within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.

You are allowed to refuse our request for your personal information, with the knowledge that we might not be able to provide you full service. If you have any questions about how we handle your personal information, feel free to contact us.
